Natalie Sessoms

Natalie Sessoms has extensive experience in education and partnerships, currently serving as the Chief of Staff at The Educators' Cooperative since September 2020, while also working in Sales and Partnerships at Possip since January 2020. Prior roles include Distance Learning Manager at Thrive Tutoring and a 2nd Grade Teacher at Nashville Classical Charter School. Natalie's career in education began at Metro Nashville Public Schools as a Kindergarten Teacher, following a position as a Summer Institute Mentor Teacher with Teach For America. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History, Criticism and Conservation, as well as in Elementary Education and Teaching, all from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
