Bret Spader is an experienced professional in operational management with a diverse background in real estate, community management, hospitality, and event coordination. Currently serving as General Manager at Post Brothers since April 2024, Bret previously held the title of General Manager at Arthaus Condominium Association, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for a $300M luxury high-rise and managing the budget in collaboration with property stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles such as Multi-Unit Community Manager at WeWork, Regional Operations Manager at Planned Companies, and Business Operations Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools, among others. Bret has cultivated strong leadership and organizational skills throughout a career that began at the National Basketball Association, managing large-scale events and communications. Educational credentials include a degree from Berkeley College, attained between 1997 and 2001.
