Ellen Pannkuk Fischer

Ellen Pannkuk Fischer, CPPM, currently serves as a Product Change Manager at Post Consumer Brands since April 2023. With extensive experience in project management, Ellen has held significant roles at Integer Holdings Corporation and Radisson Hotel Group Americas, where responsibilities included managing project development plans, budgets, and documentation, as well as overseeing hotel openings and brand conversions. Ellen's background in coaching junior athletes for Team Gilboa Alpine Ski Team since December 2012 complements a career marked by cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across various sectors, including food safety regulations and recruitment support. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas.
