Symphony Llacuna

Symphony Llacuna is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in research and development, product commercialization, and process management in the food industry. Currently serving as a Product Change Manager at Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc since November 2023, Symphony leads a team to manage technical and data aspects of significant product and process changes. Prior to this, Symphony held the position of Commercialization Manager at HEXO Corp from September 2020 to November 2023, overseeing product launches and collaboration with various stakeholders. Symphony's extensive experience also includes roles at PepsiCo, where Symphony excelled as an R&D Manager and Product Developer, managing product innovation for the Quaker portfolio. Prior roles in R&D management at UFC Philippines, Heinz UFC, and Southeast Asia Foods further solidify Symphony's expertise in product development and process improvement. Symphony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, earned between 1988 and 1993.
