Felix Hung Lee

Felix Hung Lee is an experienced food safety and quality professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as External Quality Food Safety Scientist III at Post Consumer Brands since January 2024, Felix previously held the position of Sr. Food Safety and Quality Risk Manager at Target, where responsibilities included developing a science-based Produce Safety Program and managing supplier audits. Prior roles include Production Team Lead at Rich Products Corporation, Quality Control Supervisor at Roskam Baking Company, and Food Safety Representative at Driscoll's. Felix holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and an Associate degree from Portland Community College.
