Michelle Sandau

Michelle Sandau is a Senior Manager responsible for Nutrition, Ingredient Technology, and Analytical at Post Consumer Brands since March 2024. Prior to this, Michelle held positions at AFB International, including Director of Research and Development and Senior Data Research Manager. Michelle has a background in basic research and immunology, with experience in discovering domestic cat bitter receptors and deciphering cellular mechanisms in immunotherapy. Michelle has a PhD in Immunology from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
