Tonya Brake

Tonya Brake, MAIR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Post Consumer Brands since April 2015, also holding the title of Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities include leading the Business Partner team and overseeing Corporate Communications and HR Business Process. Previously, Tonya Brake held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at MOM Brands from 2013 to 2015, following roles as Director and HR Manager at Malt-O-Meal from 2007 to 2012, and HR Manager at The Bergquist Company from 2000 to 2007. Tonya Brake earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
