Phillip Neilly

Phillip Neilly has extensive experience in property management and counseling at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health since July 2015, where responsibilities include monitoring tenant movement, conducting hourly rounds, and performing safety inspections and fire drills. Additionally, Phillip held a security position at the International House of Pancakes from 2006 to August 2020, ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees while overseeing payment processes. Phillip earned an Associate's degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Technical Career Institutes between 2004 and 2006.
