Matt Lambeth

Matt Lambeth has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Matt currently holds the position of Vice President of Construction Management at Post Investment Group since 2023. Before that, they worked at Sky Zone Franchise Group for over 16 years, starting in 2006. During their time at Sky Zone, they held the role of Sr. Vice President of Real Estate & Development. Matt was responsible for team development, successfully expanding the team from one person to a high-performing team of 55 individuals. Matt also achieved significant growth for the company, with a 425% annual growth rate from 2011 to 2019. Under their leadership, Sky Zone opened over 220 stores in 15 countries, working on a variety of construction projects. These projects included traditional fit-out, build-to-suit, and mall construction projects.
