Diana Walker is an experienced professional specializing in digital experience and management consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Branch Hub at Post Office Ltd since September 2020, Diana is accountable for the digital experience across all Branch Hub products. As the Founder and Director of Significant Mothers Ltd, a consultancy active since September 2017, Diana focuses on management consultancy, digital product development, and financial modeling for start-ups. Previously, Diana held senior leadership roles including Global Head of Digital Experience at Cineworld Group Plc and Head of Digital at Chelsea Football Club, overseeing comprehensive digital strategies and customer experiences.
