Mike Leary

Mike Leary is an experienced Project Delivery Manager, currently with Post Office Ltd since January 2024. Previously, Mike served as a Program Manager at Banner Ltd, where responsibilities included implementing a new ERP solution and strategic integrations. Prior roles include Project Manager at Meggitt, focusing on the implementation of Kronos Workforce Dimensions under challenging conditions, and Project Manager/Delivery Manager at Sainsbury's, managing multiple complex projects across various business areas. Mike has also led significant localization projects for Primark, directed key WFM and T&A projects for Compass Group, and managed program deployments at The Midcounties Co-operative. With a solid foundation in retail and technology solutions, Mike has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Bluehare Group and Bixolon Europe GmbH. Educationally, Mike attended Joseph Rowntree 6th Form College and Joseph Rowntree.
