Natalie Nightingale has a diverse work experience in the marketing industry. Natalie started their career as a Marketing Executive at diametric, where they managed client relationships and coordinated direct marketing activities. Natalie then moved on to Air Charter Service as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for planning and executing the global marketing plan for air cargo and passenger markets. Natalie then joined O2, where they held various roles including Direct Response Marketing for Pay & Go, Direct Response for MBB & Postpay, and Acquisition Lead for Sims & Small Business. In these roles, they developed marketing plans, set KPIs, and allocated budgets. Natalie also worked at Telefonica as a Brand Manager, overseeing O2's brand campaigns across various channels. Natalie is currently the Head of Creative and Content at Post Office Ltd, where they are responsible for setting the commercial strategy and achieving business goals through the team.
Natalie Nightingale earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Bournemouth University, graduating in 2007. In addition, they obtained a certification in "The Business of Creativity" from The Business of Creativity institution in 2022.
