Peri Elsmore is a seasoned transformation leader currently serving as the Transformation Delivery Director for Technology at Post Office Ltd since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Transformation Office Director at Allwyn UK, where Peri led the establishment of an in-house Transformation Office and improved project efficiency through strategic governance frameworks. Peri's tenure at Camelot spanned multiple positions, including Head of Transition and Head of Programmes, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing significant strategic initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading the successful transition for the 4th Licence bid. With a background in international programme delivery at Camelot Global, Peri has a strong track record in market development, organizational transformation, and implementing innovative solutions. Educational achievements include an MA and BSc in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
