Francine Salomons SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Francine currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at PCI, where they began in February 2022. Prior to this, Francine worked as the Regional Human Resources Director at Survitec Group Ltd. from May 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of People Services at Anuvu from October 2017 to March 2019. Francine also gained extensive experience at AerCap, where they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager from October 2011 to May 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at NATURE'S PRODUCTS, INC. from February 2009 to March 2011. Francine's earlier experience includes various roles at IKEA, where they served as the Assistant Human Resources Director, Department Sales Manager, and Customer Service Manager from 1994 to 2007.

Francine Salomons SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management with specialization in International Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in August 2020 and the International Coaching Federation certification from the International Coaching Federation in August 2021. Francine also has a certification as a Coach for Life from Coach For Life (CFL), although the exact timeline of when they obtained this certification is unknown.
