Christina Chan has been working in the customer success and account management field since 2013. Christina began their career as an Intern at Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center in 2013. In 2014, they joined Kabbage, Inc. as an Account Manager and Partner Marketing. Christina then joined Bautista Direct Marketing as a Media Buying Assistant, where they were responsible for promoting products, services and brands. In 2017, they joined TextRecruit, an iCIMS Company, as a Strategic Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined iCIMS as a Technical Account Manager IV and Enterprise Account Manager IV. Currently, they work at Postal as a Sr. Customer Success Manager.
Christina Chan attended the University of San Francisco from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
