Pavel Markov

Pavel Markov is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Management at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since September 2025, where responsibilities include leading the Project Management Knowledge Centre and promoting PMO processes and knowledge sharing. As a Youth Mentor at Mentor the Young - Bulgaria, Pavel supports young entrepreneurs in launching their businesses. Previously, Pavel held the position of Senior Project Manager at UniCredit Bulbank, overseeing project delivery and management, and served as a Senior Vendor Manager at Deutsche Leasing Bulgaria JSC, focusing on negotiations in the construction and agricultural sectors. Pavel's extensive experience spans various project management and financial roles, including significant contributions to ERP implementation and process management within Deutsche Leasing. Pavel holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UNWE - Sofia.
