Gianluca Gigante

Gianluca Gigante has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 1997, they worked at MSD Italia as a Project Manager IT for ten years before transitioning to the role of Global Technology Services Country Lead in 2007. In this position, they managed a team and oversaw various technology projects and services. In 2011, Gigante joined Vree Health Italia as the Head of Business Operations and later became the General Manager and Country Director. During this time, they focused on delivering innovative healthcare services and improving patient quality of life. In 2021, Gigante joined Organon Italia as the Director of Digital Strategy, Business Operations, and Alliances Management, where they played a key role in shaping the company's digital initiatives. Currently, they are working at Poste Italiane as the Chief Digital Health & Telemedicine and Business Development Director for Healthcare Logistics projects and solution offering.

Gianluca Gigante has a Master Universitario di 2 livello - MEMdS in Economia e Management della Sanita' from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2016. Gianluca also holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Roma. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt from Merck, as well as an ITIL v3 certification from Prometric in 2009.
