Maria Løberg

Maria Løberg currently serves as the head of employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding at Posten Bring AS, leading a team focused on attracting and developing talented employees to achieve strategic goals. With extensive experience in recruitment and employer branding, Maria has previously held positions such as trainee program manager at Posten Bring, recruitment and employer branding specialist at SpareBank 1 SMN, and headhunter at Search House AS. Additionally, Maria contributes to academia as a guest lecturer at the Psychological Institute of NTNU, teaching master’s students about recruitment in the context of psychological testing. Maria holds multiple degrees in working and organizational psychology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in technology management and digital transformation at NTNU.
