Chandra Shekhar Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Since co-founding Posterity Consulting Pvt Ltd in July 2012, Chandra Shekhar has served as Managing Partner, focusing on sectors such as analytics, e-commerce, healthcare, ICT, and engineering/manufacturing, with services including middle and leadership recruiting, RPO, and labor law compliance advisory. Prior to this, Chandra Shekhar held the position of Operations Head at Alp Consulting Ltd. from February 2004 to June 2012, gaining comprehensive exposure to various recruitment practices including lateral hiring and campus recruitment. Chandra Shekhar's educational background includes a PGDBA/MBA in HR & Sales/Marketing from an IISE-NBA accredited institution, a PG in Labor Law from the Indian Law Institute, a Master's in Psychology from Indra Gandhi National Open University, and a BBA from Agra University.
