Chris Pulfer

Chris Pulfer is a Principal at Posterity Group, an Ottawa-based consultancy specializing in energy efficiency and demand side management since September 2012. The firm offers a range of services including policy and regulatory analysis, conservation potential assessments, and program evaluation. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Consultant at ICF Marbek from February 2007 to September 2012, focusing on jurisdictional-scale energy management and conservation potential. Earlier experience includes a position as a Field Representative at One Change / Project Porchlight in 2006. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University (1999-2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Ecology from the University of Ottawa (2003-2006).
