Russell Smither has extensive experience in research and insight roles within the media and advertising sectors. Currently serving as Head of Research & Insight at Posterscope since November 2011, Russell previously held the position of Insight Director. Prior to this, Russell worked at Mindshare as Insight Account Director for Unilever from August 2010 to November 2011. Russell's career also includes significant roles at Exterion Media as Research Manager from January 2006 to August 2010, and at Kantar as Research Executive from January 2003 to December 2005.
