Jonas Jatsch

Jonas Jatsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR applications. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Compensation & Benefits at PostFinance since March 2021, Jonas has previously held prominent roles at Baloise Group including BizDevOps Champion and Compensation & Benefits Manager, where significant contributions were made to groupwide compensation processes and the development of HR applications. A key achievement includes initiating Baloise's first Hackathon. Prior experience includes leading research at Ralf Zimmerschied Personalberatung KG and earlier roles in consulting and internships. Jonas holds a Master of Arts in International Marketing from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and is currently pursuing a CAS in Labor Law from ZHAW School of Management and Law.
