Suzana Špika Šimera has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Suzana is currently working as the Head of People Operations at both Postindustria Croatia _Sigmoid Lab and Postindustria - AI | ML | AR | Healthcare | Fashion | AdTech | FinTech | Music, starting in 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Lecturer at Aspira College in 2021. Suzana Špika Šimera obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb.
