Pascal Watwat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pascal began their career as an intern at Banque du Liban in 2011 and later interned at MetLife in 2012.
From 2013 to 2018, Pascal worked at Keeward Group, where they held positions such as Junior Project Manager, Project Manager & Consultant, Product Manager, and Channel Manager. During this time, they managed various projects and developments, including the implementation of a Warehouse Management System and the optimization of processes for Bookwitty, an online book platform. Pascal also supervised the distribution and sales monitoring of E-commerce channels.
From 2015 to 2020, Pascal worked at Alumni USJ, where they held the role of Strategist. In this position, they initiated and launched the development of the Digital Alumni Management System and played a key role in rebranding and positioning the Federation and all the Alumni associations. Pascal also worked on internal operations and organizational development.
Pascal then joined Launch by NTT DATA in 2018. Pascal held roles such as Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, Strategic Operations Lead, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Finance & Resource Management. In these roles, they have been involved in resource management, staffing, operational excellence, portfolio analysis, and continuous process optimization. Pascal has collaborated with leadership to ensure successful outcomes for teams and clients.
Additionally, Pascal has had experiences outside of the corporate world. Pascal has worked as a Lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, where they currently hold a position. Pascal has also served as a Squash Coach and Personal Coach at Collège des Frères Mont La Salle from 2008 to 2016.

Pascal Watwat completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Web-science and Digital Economy from Saint Joseph University of Beirut from 2012-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the same university from 2009-2012. Additionally, in 2009, they obtained a Lebanese and French Baccalaureate from Collège des Frères Mont La Salle with a focus on General Sciences/Mathematic option.
