Eric has held various roles within customer success, including Manager and Team Lead at JA Worldwide, where the focus is on inspiring the next generation. Prior experience includes strategic account management at PagerDuty, account management for IBM's Analytic portfolio in Eastern Canada, and previous positions in credit analysis and sales. Eric's educational background includes consultative sales training from IBM Global Sales School and an Honors Specialization in Philosophy from Western University.
