Mehul Agrawal

Mehul Agrawal is a skilled software engineer with substantial experience in backend development and operational automation. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Postman since January 2021, Mehul has significantly contributed to the creation of an in-house backend web framework in TypeScript, leading to notable reductions in latency and CPU utilization through the migration of microservices. Previously, Mehul improved configuration release times for Postman’s WebSocket Gateway, achieving a dramatic decrease from four days to two minutes. Earlier roles as a Summer Associate at BNY Mellon and a Software Engineer Intern at Edifecs involved the development of automation tools and performance analysis of software packages, respectively. Mehul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
