Kathleen Smith

Kathleen Smith is an experienced professional with a background in rights advocacy and media. Currently serving as a Rights Adviser at Health | Santé since May 2021, Kathleen provides rights advice to individuals under the Mental Health Act within a psychiatric unit. In addition, Kathleen has been an Editor at Postmedia Network Inc. since March 2017 and previously worked as a Board Operator at Vista Radio Ltd from October 2015 to October 2016, where responsibilities included broadcasting Junior B Stratford Culliton games and airing Blue Jays games. Kathleen's earlier roles include working as a Brand Ambassador at SDI Marketing in the summer of 2016 and co-hosting a segment on the University of Salford Student Radio from 2013 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Salford and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature and English from Providence College.
