Tyler Griffin

Tyler Griffin is a seasoned journalist and media professional with extensive experience in various editorial and production roles. Currently serving as National Producer for Strategy and Operations at Postmedia Network Inc. since January 2024, Tyler previously worked as a Reporter-Editor at The Canadian Press from June 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, significant contributions were made as Editor-in-Chief and Online Editor at The Eyeopener from May 2020 to April 2022. Tyler also held the position of Copy Chief at the Ryerson Review of Journalism and worked as a Reporter/Researcher at J-Source.ca during 2020. Earlier journalistic endeavors included roles as Arts & Culture Editor and Reporter at The Eyeopener from September 2016 to December 2019. Tyler's career began in customer service as a Barista at Starbucks from August 2015 to August 2017. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed in 2021.
