Barbara Limpens

Barbara Limpens has extensive experience in human resources and logistics, currently serving as the Directeur HR Operations at PostNL since January 2013. In this role, Barbara is responsible for daily HR services and enhancing employee experience through data-driven HR policies. Previously, Barbara held various leadership positions within PostNL, including Directeur HR E-commerce Operations and Directeur HR & Sourcing for Pakketten en Logistiek. Barbara's career began at Koninklijke PTT Nederland, evolving through roles at TPG Post and TNT, specializing in logistics management and personnel improvement initiatives. Barbara holds two master's degrees from Radboud University in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie and Klinische psychologie, along with a CPIM certification from APICS USA.
