Ingrid Nolten

Ingrid Nolten is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in E-Commerce Operations, currently serving as HR Director at PostNL since February 2015. Ingrid has held several roles within PostNL, including HR Manager, HR & Sourcing Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, Bezettingsmanager, and Recruiter/Project Leader for recruitment. Ingrid's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Ingrid was also actively involved with werkgeversvereniging AWVN as the Chair of Jong AWVN from 2021 and served on the SER Jongerenplatform from August 2020 to October 2021. Ingrid's commitment to the HR field began as a Junior HR Consultant at HR consultancy Peperclip in early 2014 and as an HR Trainee at Rabobank Noord-Kennemerland in late 2013. Notably, Ingrid's thesis on post delivery roles earned a nomination for the Raymakersvdbruggen thesis prize, where a second place was achieved.
