Martijn van Opstal

Martijn van Opstal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Business Controller at PostNL since January 2022, Martijn previously held the position of Project Controller at Van Oord from June 2016 to December 2021. Prior experience includes a Young Finance Professional role at USG Finance NL, with a tenure that lasted from July 2015 to May 2016, and the position of Head of Finance at Rotterdam Community Solutions from February 2014 to June 2015. Martijn began their career as an Engineer at VolkerWessels Telecom and also gained experience in supportive roles at The People Group. Martijn holds a Post-Master degree in Registercontroller, Finance and Control from the Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance, as well as an MSC in Finance & Investment from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
