Nanda Mooiweer - Kroezen has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment management, currently serving as HR Manager for Cross Border Solutions at PostNL since July 2011. Previous roles at PostNL include Operationeel Manager Recruitment and Manager Werving & Selectie, where responsibilities encompassed the operational execution of recruitment processes and the recruitment of approximately 12,000 production employees annually across the Netherlands.
