Shahnawaz Nekware

Shahnawaz Nekware is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on delivery management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Chapter Lead IT - Delivery Management at PostNL since June 2020, Shahnawaz aims to integrate DevOps culture within agile teams to enhance delivery speeds and market responsiveness. Prior roles include Lead Test Analyst and Senior QA Engineer positions at SmartLockr and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., respectively, alongside experience as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where contributions were made to international clients in agile scrum teams. Earlier career experiences include a Software Development Intern role at Atos and a Web Developer Intern position at Aditya Birla Group. Shahnawaz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic, Thane.
