Tiina Nikkola

Tiina Nikkola is an experienced professional in the footwear design and operations industry. Currently serving as a Technical Operator at PostNL since August 2020, Tiina transitioned from postal worker to team leader and technical operator, overseeing team motivation and sorting machine operations. Prior experience includes positions as a designer and product manager at various companies, where Tiina was responsible for designing shoe collections for men, women, and children, developing strategic line plans, and managing the entire design process from concept to final samples. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Footwear Design and Manufacture from Häme University of Applied Sciences and a Graphic Designer degree from LOI.
