Paulo Sebastião

Paulo Sebastião has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was at PostNord, where they served as a Product Owner and Team Lead in the Digital Solutions and Development team. Paulo was responsible for managing a team of engineers and UX designers, coordinating team ceremonies, and handling various product-related responsibilities.

Prior to their role at PostNord, Paulo worked at Quinyx as an Integration Expert, supporting customers with their integration efforts and collaborating with sales, customer onboarding, and support teams.

Before entering the tech industry, Paulo was a co-founder, owner, and head baker at ISCO, where they managed all aspects of the bakery business, including funding allocation, supplier research, recruitment, and social media management.

Paulo also has experience in education, having served as a teacher at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa, where they taught bread courses to culinary arts and pastry program students.

Additionally, Paulo has worked in various roles in the bakery industry, including Head of Bread at A Padaria Portuguesa and Baker at Bageri Petrus, an award-winning bakery in Sweden.

Earlier in their career, Paulo worked as a Solution Manager at Netlight, driving integration projects for a telecommunications operator. Paulo was also a Consultant and Team Leader at Dynabyte, specializing in integration projects using technologies such as TIBCO BusinessWorks platform.

Before that, Paulo worked as a Consultant at Know IT Net Result AB, where they were involved in projects for Scandinavian telcos operators, and as an Analyst at GMS Consulting, working on technology services projects for telecom companies.

Paulo Sebastião has a MSc degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. In 2011, they pursued a Basic Cuisine degree in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Currently, from 2020 to 2022, they are enrolled in part-time studies at Skillebyholms Utbildningar, working towards a diploma in Gardening.
