Andrea Clark Horton

Director, Perinatal Mental Health Alliance For People Of Color at Postpartum Support International

Andrea Clark Horton is currently the Director of the Perinatal Mental Health Alliance for People of Color at Postpartum Support International. Prior to this role, Andrea served as an Independent Hearing Officer for the Chicago Board of Education and as a Staff Chaplain for Women's Health at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. With a background in law and theology, Andrea has also held positions such as Director of the Street Outreach Program at Y.O.U. of Evanston and Assistant General Counsel at the Chicago Board of Education. Andrea holds a PhD in Pastoral Theology, Personality, and Culture, a Master of Divinity, a Juris Doctor, and a Bachelor's degree in African-American Studies, Women's Studies, and Political Science.
