Elizabeth Zektick has over 13 years of professional experience in customer success, marketing operations, and email marketing. Elizabeth began their career in 2007 as an Email Marketing Coordinator at the National Geographic Society. In 2008, they joined The New York Times as an Associate Product Manager and then moved up to Product Manager. In 2012, they joined Salesforce as a Campaign Manager and then moved up to Manager of Campaign Operations in 2014. In 2019, they became a Manager of Customer Success Management at Bluecore. In 2021, they joined Intellimize as the Director of Customer Success, where they managed a team of Customer Success Managers and developed a Risk Playbook. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Onboarding & Marketing Services at Postscript.

Elizabeth Zektick has a B.A in Literature from American University and attended The Lawrenceville School. Elizabeth also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce, obtained in June 2016.
