Andrei Gavrilov

Andrei Gavrilov currently serves as the General Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works since May 2024. Prior to this role, Andrei spent over a decade at Starbucks as a Store Manager, where the implementation of corporate programs and development of action plans led to exceeding organizational objectives. Andrei's managerial experience began at CVS Caremark Corporation, starting as an Assistant Store Manager in June 2007 before advancing to Store Manager, focusing on leadership, operational strategy, and compliance with regulations. Andrei holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Marymount University, completed in 2007, and graduated from Wootton High School in 2003.
