Andy Rice

Andy Rice has a diverse work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Andy started their career in 1996 as a Banquet Manager at Jumer Hotels. Andy then worked at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano as a Manager from 1999 to 2004. Rice joined Potbelly Sandwich Works in 2004 and held various roles including General Manager, District Manager, and Market Manager for Colorado, Utah, and Kansas. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Meatheads. Currently, Rice is working at Potbelly Sandwich Works as the Vice President of Ops Integration & Shop Services.
