Graham Hoar

Graham Hoar has over 30 years of experience in plant operations, energy & chemicals advisory, and technology licensing. Currently, they are the Global Head of Hydrogen, Ammonia & Methanol Advisory at Poten & Partners in London. Graham has also held leadership roles at KBR, Inc. as the Vice President of Digital Solutions & Technical Services and Vice President of Ammonia, Syngas & Fertilizers Technology. Prior to that, they held various positions at Nexant, including Vice President of Western Europe, Vice President of Petrochemicals & Fertilizers, Vice President of Middle East, Principal of Global C1 Chemicals & Fertilizers, Manager of EMEA C1 Chemicals & Fertilizers, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Graham also worked at Chem Systems/IBM as an Associate Consultant and at ICI Fertilizers/Terra Nitrogen as a Technologist/Plant Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at ICI Petrochemicals & Polymers/ICI Fibres/DuPont (UK) as a Process Engineer and at ICI CHEMICALS & POLYMERS LIMITED as a Pre-University Trainee.

Graham Hoar pursued their undergraduate education from 1988 to 1991 at the University of Birmingham. During this time, they completed a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering. Later in 2014, Graham attended the IMD and participated in the High Performance Leadership Program. No specific degree name is mentioned for this program.
