Jennie Lenahan

Jennie Lenahan is an experienced HR and customer software support professional currently employed at Potentia Analytics since December 2015. In this role, Jennie oversees new employee onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, report analysis, customer service, training, and documentation, serving as a subject matter expert in processing employee terminations and managing payroll. Previously, Jennie worked as an Administrative Assistant at T&T Recycling Inc from April 2012 to December 2015, where responsibility included managing multi-line telephone systems, bookkeeping, financial recordkeeping, and new hire training, while effectively addressing customer concerns. Jennie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Management Information Systems and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
