Currently serving as the Chief Program Officer and Head of Policy and Impact at Potential Energy Coalition since August 2023, Elan has previously held key roles including Chief of Staff at Earth Alliance and Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State, where strategic engagement on climate diplomacy was paramount.
