Jessica McQuarrie

Jessica McQuarrie has worked in several roles since 2016. Jessica began their career as a Substitute Teacher for the South Slave Divisional Education Counsel in 2016. In 2017, they were the Interim Executive Director for Dauphin Bible Camp. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Research and Teaching Assistant at Crandall University, where they marked, tutored, and taught material for several 1000, 2000, and 3000 level undergrad psychology courses. Jessica also worked on a team to publish an article on the intricacies of Muslim women's psychological coping strategies with stereotypes, and completed an honours thesis that leveraged both qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the institution's mental health support policies in place for post secondary students. In 2020, they became the Executive Assistant to the CEO of WeyMedia. In 2021, they worked for Funding Talent as an Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the President, and is currently the Director of People and Operations at Potential Motors, having previously held the roles of Senior Manager of People Operations and People Operations Lead.

Jessica McQuarrie completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA (Honours) in Psychology from Crandall University. Jessica then went on to receive a Leadership Certificate from Briercrest College and Seminary from 2013 to 2014.
