Vinicius de Almeida Lima

Vinicius de Almeida Lima has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Vinicius de Almeida started their career as a Paint Shop Preparator at Volkswagen do Brasil in 2007. In 2009, they became a FINEP's PROMOVE Project Monitor at Centro Universitario da FEI. In 2010, they were a Suspensions and Steering Monitor and an Agricultural Vehicle Project Monitor at Centro Universitario da FEI. In 2011, they were a Research and Development Intern at Thermojet do Brasil Ltda. and an Application Engineering Intern at VirtualCAE. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as an Application Engineer and Technical Support at VirtualCAE, helping customers in the use of simulation softwares to solve problems in vehicle dynamics and multibody analysis. Since 2019, they have been a Self-employed Engineering and Simulations Consultant. Most recently, they have been a Vehicle Simulation Engineer at Potential Motors since 2021.

Vinicius de Almeida Lima obtained their Técnico em Mecânica Geral e em Sistemas Avançados de Manufatura from Centro de Formação Profissional SENAI Volkswagen between 2005 and 2007. Vinicius de Almeida then earned their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Emphasis from The University Center of FEI between 2008 and 2013. Finally, they obtained their Masters's degree in Biomechanical engineering from The University Center of FEI between 2017 and 2019.
