Bruce Friedman

Bruce Friedman is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Potomac Law since April 2025, Friedman previously held the role of Partner at OGC, where responsibilities included leading the Corporate & Finance Group and the M&A Team. Prior to that, Friedman founded the Law Office of Bruce Friedman, serving a diverse clientele with sophisticated legal counsel from 2004 to 2021. Additional legal experience includes serving as General Counsel at AVANQUEST NORTH AMERICA INC and as a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Friedman began the legal career as an Associate at Greenberg Glusker LLP and Loeb & Loeb/Spensley, Horn. Educational credentials include a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
