Jennifer Heston is a legal professional with extensive experience in energy and public utilities law, currently serving as a Partner at Potomac Law (PLG) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Shareholder at Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C. from March 2006 to August 2025, where an active transactional and litigation practice focused on these areas was maintained. Jennifer has held significant positions including Board Member and Immediate Past President at Michigan 2-1-1, Inc. and worked as an Energy & Technology Policy Advisor in the Senate Majority Policy Office.
