Kevin Stogner

Kevin Stogner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and governmental sectors. Since March 2015, Kevin has served as a Partner at Potomac Law Group, PLLC. Prior to this role, Kevin held key positions at the Committee on Finance and Revenue for the Council of the District of Columbia, serving as General Counsel and Legislative Counsel, where duties included acting as chief investigative and legislative counsel to Council member David A. Catania. Kevin's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on corporate governance and securities regulation, and as a Law Clerk for the United States Federal Courts, where responsibilities included research and drafting legal documents. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
