Laurent Campo is a Partner at Potomac Law Group, PLLC, since June 2016, specializing in M&A, corporate transactions, private placements, private equity, and related fields, with extensive experience in technology sectors and regulated industries. Previously, Laurent served as Vice President & General Counsel at Voxtec International from December 2005 to June 2016, overseeing legal, compliance, ethics, and risk management functions. Laurent holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
