Leah Pedoeim

Leah Pedoeim is a Primary Care Pediatrician at Potomac Pediatrics since August 2021, after serving as a Critical Care Associate at Children's National Hospital from June 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included providing patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Leah completed residency training at Children's National Hospital and began the medical career with roles such as Research Fellow at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, and Office Assistant for an Internal Medicine physician. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics from the University of Maryland. Early experiences included volunteering and assisting in research at the National Cancer Institute and serving as a counselor for children with special needs.
