Jennifer Harris

Jennifer Harris is PotomacWave’s Controller and provides direct oversight and management to the Accounting, Contracts, Legal, and IT functions for PotomacWave. Jennifer brings almost 20 years of Federal consulting experience to include extensive expertise in audit, internal controls, and contract management and oversight. Jennifer has in-depth experience with DCAA audit and accounting principles; GSA, SBA, and FAR contract regulations; and multibillion-dollar GWAC and IDIQ oversight and management as PotomacWave’s OASIS COCM. Jenn is an expert in 401K and benefits administration and has been a critical contributor to the scaling of PotomacWave’s corporate operations and infrastructure for the past five years.

Jennifer values the solution driven mindset of PotomacWave’s leadership team. As Jennifer says, “it just takes a phone call to devise a plan, come to a solution, and climb the hill together!” Jennifer’s proudest accomplishment at PotomacWave is the recent implementation of Deltek. Jenn and her team worked very hard on the implementation of the new system. The hard work, dedication, and innovative mindset of the accounting team continues to inspire Jennifer. Although the team is lean and services over 200 employees, vendors, and customers, they produce a high volume of quality work at a fast pace and are always smiling. Jenn looks forward to continuing to devise unique solutions with her team and providing them with the mentorship and development opportunities that were given to her throughout her career.
